About Victus Networks
Victus Networks is a network technology company established in March 2014 as a joint venture between Vodafone Greece and Nova, two of Greece’s leading mobile operators, each holding a 50% stake. The company’s core mission is to manage the Radio Access and Transport Networks (RAN) of its parent companies, covering Network Engineering, Network Deployment, and Network Operations & Maintenance across Greece.
In practical terms, Victus Networks is the infrastructure backbone behind the mobile and transport connectivity that millions of people in Greece rely on daily. Their work spans 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, including partial active radio network sharing (MORAN) in both rural and selected urban areas. The scale of their operations is significant: thousands of base stations, optical fiber transport networks, microwave links, site locations, and repeaters.
Beyond technical infrastructure, Victus Networks has built a track record of industry recognition, including ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 certifications, HR Awards, and recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in Greece.
Our Role: Social Media Management
Generation Y manages Victus Networks’ social media presence, supporting the company in communicating its innovation, technical expertise, and industry impact to relevant audiences. In a sector as specialized and technical as network infrastructure, translating complex achievements into clear, engaging digital content requires both an understanding of the industry and a consistent content strategy.
Our work focuses on helping Victus Networks share what they do and why it matters, from 5G milestones and network deployments to company culture and industry certifications.
