Why being in the room matters, and what the conversations told us about where the Greek market is heading

Marketing Summit 2026 was, for us, more than an industry event. Eva Bouzi and Katerina Sarra represented Generation Y across two days of conversations with brands and senior professionals shaping the Greek marketing landscape. The setting, built by Boussias Events to be demanding, substantive, and populated by people who show up to engage rather than simply attend, made those conversations count.

An Environment Built for Substance

Held on the 25th and 26th of May at Grecotel La Riviera in Kyllini, the 2nd Marketing Summit follows a clear philosophy: bring together a focused circle of marketing decision makers and selected solution providers, and let the quality of the room do the work. This year that meant senior marketers and Heads from leading Greek brands, alongside companies offering marketing solutions and services, exchanging practices through a structured format of one-to-one meetings, roundtables, and strategic panels.

The agenda was organized around three strategic discussions: society in transition and the ground it creates for brands, the future of brand leadership, and the role of artificial intelligence in marketing. Each session reflected the current state of the market rather than abstract trends, which is exactly the kind of conversation that holds value for an agency working with clients every day.

Across the two days, the brands and professionals we spoke with were not looking for a pitch.
