Job Description

—

We’re a digital agency based in Athens, Greece, seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a long-term contractor project-based partnership. You’ll collaborate closely with our team on modern, fast-moving projects across web platforms and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate requirements into intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Design high-quality interfaces in Figma
  • Work with devs to implement TailwindCSS/CSS-based UIs
  • Drive consistent, user-centered UX design
  • Prioritize accessibility (WCAG compliance, keyboard navigation, contrast ratios)
  • Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and responsive
  • Manage design-related communication across stakeholders
  • Contribute to project planning and delivery timelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in UI/UX Design
  • Mastery of Figma
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
  • Solid understanding of both UX best practices and aesthetic UI
  • Basic knowledge of CSS (ideally TailwindCSS)
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Communication during regular business hours with our Project Managers (EET/EEST)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience working on eCommerce projects
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Included Portfolio URLs on your message and/or CV
