We’re a digital agency based in Athens, Greece, seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for a long-term contractor project-based partnership. You’ll collaborate closely with our team on modern, fast-moving projects across web platforms and applications.
- Translate requirements into intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Design high-quality interfaces in Figma
- Work with devs to implement TailwindCSS/CSS-based UIs
- Drive consistent, user-centered UX design
- Prioritize accessibility (WCAG compliance, keyboard navigation, contrast ratios)
- Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and responsive
- Manage design-related communication across stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning and delivery timelines
- 5+ years experience in UI/UX Design
- Mastery of Figma
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Solid understanding of both UX best practices and aesthetic UI
- Basic knowledge of CSS (ideally TailwindCSS)
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Communication during regular business hours with our Project Managers (EET/EEST)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience working on eCommerce projects
- Fluency in both Greek and English

- Long-term collaboration on a contract basis
- A clear design/dev pipeline with minimal blockers
